"She has returned to Oz" Return to Oz was made in 1985 by Walt Disney. It is a sequal to the 1939 movie - The Wizard of Oz. However it did not get the reviews like Judy Garland's trip to Oz. Most critics said it was Horrible. We as Oz fans disagree... It may not look like the Land of Oz that Judy Garland was in, or the characters may not look the same but it does match up pretty well with the continuing Oz book series by L. Frank Baum. I think it was a dissapointment for many because they were expecting another Wizard of Oz. Though it is not near as good as the 1939, Wizard of Oz, It is still a fun movie for OZ fans!
	Dorothy's Return... It has been six months since the tornado and Dorothy hasn't slept good since. She keeps dreaming of talking Tin Men, Walking Scarecrows, and Ruby Slippers. Aunt Em takes Dorothy to the doctor to have the bad dreams cleared from her head. Dorothy escapes this awful place during a thunderstorm and is transported back to Oz in a crate floating on the river. Dorothy wakes up in Oz with her pet Chicken Billina and goes to find the Scarecrow. She finds the Yellow Brick Road and Emerald City in ruins. Princess Mombi has taken over the Emerald City and turned every one into stone. Dorothy travels to the Nome Kings Mountain along with her new found friends: Tic-Tock, Jack Pumpkinhead, and the Gump to go find the Scarecrow. The Nome King makes them play a game to get the Scarecrow back, but in the end Dorothy gets him. The Nome King and Mombi are now very angry and Dorothy puts on the Ruby Slippers and wishes that every one from Oz to be restored back to life. Everything is now fine in Oz! Dorothy gives Princess Ozma her Ruby Slippers and asks her to wish her back to Kansas. Dorothy is back in Kansas and Toto finds her laying in the woods.
